CYCLONE 

 

Disaster management of cyclones relies on the pre-disaster warning and response of the communities to such communications. The locations prone to cyclones are generally known and it is possible to assess the vulnerable locations. Building construction methods can help for better preparedness. Guidance on evacuation process can provide temporary shelters and rehabilitation can help put the life back on track after the cyclone.
