This section provides information on disaster risk as well as safety and security risk to enable the user to understand his vulnerability in a simple, user friendly and easy to understand manner. The information gets disseminated though two tools, the first one being for disaster risk and the second one being for safety and security risk. This section also provides information on the various factors that aggravate the damage caused by a disaster.
KNOW YOUR DISASTER RISK
Refer to this section to know your risk from natural disasters. The section provides district wise information on disaster vulnerability through the medium of an interactive tool.
The user may enter the name of his district and the tool will generate the vunerability profile of that district with respect to earthquake, flood, cyclone and landslide. The output thus generated will enable the user to understand the vulnerability of his district in a user friendly and easy to understand manner.
