CALLING FOR RESCUE

 

Things to do for calling in rescue

  • Contact 101, 100, 1078 or (Any outstation Close Relative) (The numbers to have sms receiving capability)

  • SMS your physical condition

    • Lower body part immobile/unable to move

    • Arms unable to lift anything

    • Grievously bleeding

    • Dehydration and suffocating

SIGNALLING TECHNIQUES

 

  • Tap on a pipe or wall with some solid object

  • Do not shout unless you hear someone calling or hear other people around.

  • If you hear people around, use a whistle if one is available or make one from some object like a pen cap.
